Hands down, best breakfast I've had in the valley is Nat's Early Bite, 14115 Burbank Blvd., in Van Nuys @ Hazeltine. Lots of great specials, check the blackboards (whiteboards, actually.) You may have to wait, it does get crowded.

CICI's Cafe in Tarzana has very good breakfasts but it may be busy and have a wait.

Du-pars might be the best -- great pancakes for the kids -- for adults too for that matter. Great hash browns, Hash and eggs, french toast

I have not been here to NoHo Diner for over a year but they had some good steak and eggs, hash browns, I think they were open 24/7, nit sure, so maybe give a call.
