Paso Robles Sparkling Wine?

I'm looking for something made in Paso to serve at Thanksgiving and also to give as gifts. A friend of mine has recommended JanKris, so I'll be heading out to taste there. Any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

    1. Here's the description of the JanKris sparkling peach wine from their Web site:
JanKris is proud to introduce the newest in our family of flavored Sparkling wines, our Sparkling Peach. Beginning with 100% French Columbard grapes treated with a secret winemaker’s recipe, it is given its signature essence and bottled into peach perfection.

So basically it's a horrid grape and they add peach flavor to it. I don't think serious wine people would consider it wine, even though it is grape-based.
Robert Hall has made a sparkler and so has Arroyo Robles, but you generally don't get good sparkling wine from hot climates. It's more of a cooler climate wine for the acidity. I think sparkling Shiraz proves that.

        1. If you are willing to drive south a little, Laetitia in Arroyo Grande makes good sparkling wine. I also recently tasted a really good sparkling wine at Baileyana in Edna Valley.

The Laetitia XD (extra dry) is on of my favorite bottles of sparkling wine. They make something like 6 or 7 different sparkling varietals, and the offer a tasting flight of just sparkling wines. Well worth the drive.
