What's your favorite crystal light flavor?

I want to start drinking more and need some flavor ideas - all I drink now is the Pink Lemonade.

I had to discontinue drinking the rasberry ice flavor. I can drink as much that is made. It is TOO good. It is like flippin crack to me.

I keep hearing about "True Lemon", and they even send me emails, but I've never seen it in Toronto. Has anyone tried this, and how does it compare to Crystal Light?

True Lemon is *only* crystallized lemon (no sweetener)- can use it in iced tea if no fresh lemons are available. Says to add the packet to 12-16 oz of beverage, "100% all natural" "crystallized lemon substitute"... (has citric acid, lactose, lemon juice, lemon oil, maltodextrin, Vitamin C)

Ohh those sound good - I'm thinking the Raspberry Ice is the winner - going to get tonight when I go to the store! Do you guys notice if you drink more water when you use the CL packs?

I don't think drinking more water is the same as drinking more Crystal Light flavored low calorie beverage. If your goal is to drink more water, then a flavored beverage is kind of a start, I guess, but you are essentially adding chemicals to water. You're not really drinking water. You are drinking chemically flavored and sweetened water.

Just a little tidbit of info: A co-worker of mine has been told to drink Crystal Light by his urologist because he'd had problems with kidney stones....the calcium citrate in the CL helps prevent formation of the hardened crystals in the kidney, it seems. I always thought CL was pure junk, but this has helped my friend immensely. Now, of course, he also has to watch what he eats and drink lots of water too but it's an interesting fact about the CL.

Citrus or cherry pomegranate (which is very koolaid like - I know) are my favorites. Kroger has house brand grapefruit that's my favorite powdered drink mix. It's tart and really grape-fruity....

Peach Mango Green Tea - the metabolism one! LOVE IT!!!!!

I think Peach Mango Green tea tastes good, but it doesn't mix in the water very well. Right now I am kind of loving the original lemonade, with Firefly Iced Tea vodka.
