Pommes Souffles in Paris

I first had these wonderful potatoes in Paris about 35 years ago. I've since had them only one other time, at Galatoires in New Orleans. I'm going to Paris next month. Do you have any ideas of where I can find them.

    1. They are a standard at Au Boeuf Couronné.

I didn't know that and I was going to respond Lasserre. I think Laidback wins.

I third Au Boeuf Couronne. I ate there on vacation in April. Great steaks and pommes soufles. Freindly Host and servers. Wonderful old time ambience.
