Le Fooding question

The 2009 "FOODING: 800 restaurants de style Fance & Paris" has been my incontournable data base. I see that the 2010 edition is now out, also "800 restaurants..." Does this mean that the number is kept at 800, with some being added while others are dropped? And not that they are reviewing the same old, same old... I had somehow hoped that it would be expanded.

Some are out, some are in. There's no rule, but there's a budget, so the number of restaurants is unlikely to get closer to Michelin. Those guys actually pay their bills, most of the time. More often than, say, Pudlo.
