Source for Bayonne ham near Lexington?

Does anyone know where I can pick up some Bayonne ham as close to Lexington as possible? If they happen to also carry Emmenthaler or Comte cheese as well that would be a bonus. I'm making Bouchon's mac and cheese tonight.
Thanks!

I have gotten all of these at Russo's - sorry it's not closer.

I haven't seen it, but prosciutto would work in a pinch. I'd call Formaggio Kitchen. I think a better substitute, though, is Niman Ranch's Royal Ham, which may be available at Whole Foods.

I ended up getting some plain old domestic prosciutto at the deli in Stop and Shop. Diced and added to mac and cheese, it was totally acceptable - in fact, delicious. I'm sure the real thing would have been better, but I'm no Thomas Keller, and the 1/2 cup cost me $12. Darned expensive for an addition to homemade mac and cheese.
