The Grilled Cheese shop

I'm curious has anyone tryed the grilled cheese shop in Kensington market? I'm thinking of going down to check it out.

I recently tried the blackjack there (black olive pesto, spinach, tomato and jalepeno montery jack). As a panini sandwich it was good, as a grilled cheese, not so much.

The problem is a grilled cheese needs to be pan fried in butter, not panini pressed. Until that is fixed I'll pass on it if I have a grilled cheese craving.
