What's the difference?

What's the difference between naan bread and roti? Can you use the same type of flour ?

Naan bread is puffy and made on the side of a tandoor oven. Made with white flour, salt, yeast and yogurt.

Roti is very thin and flat, cooked on a type of griddle, and often made with something called "atta flour."

They look and taste completely different - each delicious in their own way.

And atta flour is a whole-wheat flour specifically produced for making certain Indian breads, such as roti and chapatti.
