where in NYC can I eat it?
Post on outerboroughs board, as there are Ecuadorean places in Queens that serve "cuy".
Question is, why do you want to? Other than the curiosity factor, I do not think it is such a taste treat!
There used to be a few Latin American restaurants in So Park Slope-Sunset Park that served cuy. I've had it about 7 or 8 years ago and found it totally unmemorable.More of a novelty.
