farina flour -0,21e

The flour is from Greece.

What can I use this flour for? Is it cake flour? is it for bread?

Mels, FARINA is the Italian word for FLOUR. Maybe this was flour produced in Greece for export to Italy?

Sorry, this info doesn't clarify what it can be used for. Where did you get it, Jinthek?

This is going to sound crazy but I think it's the cost!

They use commas instead of decimal points in Europe so I think that flour costs .21 of a Euro or 21 cents.

What you want to look for is "00" on the bag. That is the type of flour they use in Italy. It's good for bread/pizza but not cakes.

In my house Farina is eaten as a hot breakfast cereal, similar to Cream of Wheat. You can also cook it like polenta. It is either in a coarse meal form or ground up finer. Kind of like cornmeal, it comes in different textures.
