Tarragon eau de vie recipe?
I was talking to a friend last night who mentioned that he makes his own spirits, and it got me to thinking that maybe I should try. While in France a few years back we had some home-made tarragon eau de vie that I loved. Never seen anything like it since. Anyone have a recipe, or ideas on where to look for one?
thanks very much in advance for anything you can offer.

That sounds good and interesting. Have you tried it? I'm positive it won't be available here in Chapel Hill, NC, but ...

I'm from DC, and make it up there fairly often (and have a very kind, alcohol-loving, DC-living mother) so I will be looking into it. Thanks.
