Seeking a (very) downtown lunch place (e.g., a Korean market) with really high quality vegetables

I work near Battery Park and am looking for a nearby market or deli where I can get a salad or maybe cooked vegetables of really high quality (e.g., local or organic veggies). Please help me! Right now, I go to Zaytuna on Battery Place and they have a good salad bar, but my sense is that the veggies are pretty old and filled with chemicals etc. Anywhere South of Wall Street would be fine for me. Thank you!

i used to work down on battery place and unfortunately, zaytuna ended up being a go-to and I hated it. never found a great alternative so i just packed my own.
