Best Pizza in Hong Kong

Hi

Wondering where fellow Hong Kongers have found the best pizza in HK? And Im not talking pizza hut/dominos/pepperoni type crap passed off as pizza, but traditional Neapolitan. For a start - cooked in a wood fired oven.

I know I may be struggling here, but I do miss a good pizza.

Thanks everyone

I've been searching for exactly that kind of pizza for about a month now and am still looking! I had a decent pizza from Goccia (Wyndham Street) the other day; Isola in IFC has good flavour but the crust isn't what I think you have in mind..... It seems that a lot of the cosy Italian restaurants don't even serve pizza! Please post if you find a good one...?

Yeah we got a few pizzas delivered by pizza milano and that seemed surprisingly ok, but not sure if they use a woodfired oven. might just have to install an oven at my place!

I would be interested to hear about this as well. There used to be a place called New York Pizzah (chef was from Brooklyn, NY) that was pretty good but that is no longer open. I've lived in NYC for 7 years and it pains me to hear people here telling me to go to Pizza Hut/Dominos/Pizza Express :(
