Shark (insert theme from Jaws)

I have some nice thick shark steaks to make tomorrow -- I've never cooked shark before but I'm very excited to try. I have eaten it once or twice. From what I can see online, people recommend a lot of spice -- chili, ginger, etc? That works for us, as we love hot food in this house.

Does anyone have any recipes or hints to suggest?

    2. I like to grill shark.

      I use the following to marinade (for about 1 hour before grilling)

      soy sauce
      rice wine vinegar
      lemon juice
      sesame oil
      minced garlic
      white pepper
      chili flakes

      1. I prefer shark to swordfish. I like to coat it in cajun seasoning and sear it quickly in a hot cast iron pan.
