We're being taken to Double Crown tomorrow. Are there signature dishes? Are there dishes one shouldn't miss?

I've had a few dishes at Double Crown, and I'll list the ones that stood out for me. Unfortunately I can't give details as it's been 6 months since I've been there last.

I don't remember the apps I had, but I do remember the Elk being good as the hitman recommended, and I really enjoyed my chicken dish. I think it was the twiced-cooked version. Whatever Bruni recommended in his review, god bless his soul, it was really quite good. The masala potatoes i remember being good as well.
