Wing Kei Noodle Company, 102 Canal Street, New York, NY.
New Yung Ky Noodles, Inc. 166 Cook Street, Brooklyn, NY.
These two are in my rolodex from years ago. I'd recommend calling before you go.
There's another noodle factory on the lower Bowery, right in the thick of Chinatown, but I couldn't find the name/address.
Finally, many, many Asian markets sell fresh pasta from various small noodle manufacturers. The plastic bags of noodles are in the refrigerator case, typically nearby the tofu products.
