Recommendations for a 'cooking with chocolate' demo or chocolate tasting for shower

Am planning a shower next Sunday & bride to be adores choclate! Thought it would be fun to have someone - chocolate maker or chef maybe - talk about cooking with chocolate or do a chocolate tasting demo or cocktails & chocolate.
Any suggestions or ideas???
