Coco- Just back...imagine a small town on a hillside, and booth after booth of fresh white truffles....THOUSANDS of them, tiny little restaurants popping open in every nook and cranny, amazing cheese and sausage truffle products, and make sure you go to the top of the hill where, there is another giant tent with 20 fresh truffle vendors, local wineries where, for 4 euros you get a souvioner glass and all the wine you can drink....then walk outside and theres stands making truffle food. For dessert, don't miss the bombolette with truffle cream for dessert....truly amazing!! This place was one great treat,...go later in the day on Saturday...marching band starts at 4PM..Enjoy.....truffle heaven!!!!!!!! (at local prices)..

If anyone is in Piedmont at the end of November, now is the best time for Piedmontese white truffles with fairs every weekend into early December.
