Where to hold a baby shower in the Northwest suburbs

I'm looking for a restaurant suggestion for somewhere inexpensive in the Northwest suburbs to host a baby shower at. Prefer $15 or less per person. I'm looking for something with a private party room.

Any ideas?

Mint Julep Bistro in Palatine. I've heard rave reviews about it.
