Fee's is more chocolately like a creme de cacao and bittermans is more spicy and much more bitter. I prefer the bittermans in most cocktails when I use this kind of bitters and Fees when I want a sweeter more chocolately result. hope this helps.

The fees are much sweeter ... the bittermans are a lot more bitter as pb notes. I prefer the bittermans ... I suspect the fees would mainly only shine in "chocolatini" type abominations.
