Toronto: St. Lawrence Market North building to be demolished!

Just read about this on Blogto.com . I haven't been to the north market myself on Saturdays (but have been for the antiques before). I think some people will miss the farmer's market aspect in that area.

I don't think they're getting rid of the farmer's market - the article says that the antique and farmer's market will be housed in the new building. Of course, it will probably have to be moved temporarily during construction.
