Chilean Food Book

I am spending the next six months living in Santiago, and I love food. Are there any good books about the foods of chile. I really want to learn more about the regional cuisines and local specialties. I have been searching high and low for some written guidance regarding this. Or any excellent books on the food of chile or santiago in general. Also what is your favorite book on chile in general. Thanks so much in advance.

    1. There's a good, smaller book (easy to carry) from the Hippocrene Cookbook Library called Tasting Chile that's a great general introduction to the dishes and ingredients of the country.
