Special replies to individual posters don't show up as replies to them

This problem has just begun within the last few days.

When I want to reply to a particular post (versus just making a general comment to all on the thread), I go to that posters message and click on "Reply". The blank response form comes up and everything seems normal. I type my message and post it, and it does not show the "re: [name of poster I'm answering] and sometimes shows up at the end of the thread, rather than with the response underneath that poster's message.

Do you have some examples of where this is broken? It seems to be working here.

My issue with the reply boxes is that when I click "Reply" to respond to an individual's post the whole thread shoots up to the top and all the posts are expanded...then I have to scroll down to find the empty reply box. Crazy.
