The newest is Peter's Sushi Cafe on Route 70. First of all, the presentation was breathtaking. The food holds the picture of umami. UMMMMMMMMMMM. I had the dumpling soup (yummy, firm dumplings, firm seaweed and broth with body) and the most delicious Spider Roll ever! My husband had the Philadelphia Roll and Tuna on Tuna. Both fabulous.
