Suggestions for Birthday Dinner in Dupont Circle?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good place for a 30th bday dinner in or near Dupont Circle? It might be a group, so probably a moderately priced place will do nicely. Thanks!

      It's almost in Adam's Morgan, but I always love Lauriol Plaza....great food, great drinks, and moderately priced!

        Sette Osteria, Darlington House, or Heritage India would all work well.

          mourayo has great moderately priced food...i think it's one of the best restaurants in that area.

            I recommend Bistrot du Coin (French bistro). The food is very good, and the menu offers something for everyone. I've celebrated lots of occasions there, and have found it to be a good place for groups.

              Granville Moores Brickyard or Thai Basil. Thai Basil is a little farther out, but both places were featured on Throwdown with Bobby Flay.

                granville moore's is great but it's quite a bit of a hike from dupont circle.

                  I've eaten at Granville Moore's. There was sand in my mussels and that was the end of being able to eat that meal.

                  Anyway, we're going out first to Buffalo Billiard's for drinks and pool, so I'm just looking for something within walking distance.

                  I may check out Thai Basil in the future, but not for my fiance's bday--unfortunately, he doesn't really like Thai food. :(
