Housewarming gift for Foodies. EV or Union Square area
Looking for a housewarming gift for a foodie couple. Was thinking of going to Broadway Panhandler but I think I really want to give them some spices. Any suggestions where to go in the East Village or Union Square area?

There's a middle eastern spice store on 1st avenue, west side of the ave, between 5th and 8th street, forget exactly where, nothing too exotic but some cool stuff.
