Sweet Potato Spaetzle ?

Is there such a thing as Sweet Potato Spaetzle? For some reason it popped into my head and I want to make it! I can't find a recipe anywhere though.

Any thoughts on how I would make it?

I made a butternut squash spatzle recently. It was tasty but lacked a certain structural integrity (I was too lazy to go out for more flour to bulk it out).

Here's a link with a recipe for the spaetzle; I haven't tried it and can't vouch for it's formula, preparation or result, but the recipe seems sound and sounds tasty. Let us know how it turns out.
