I'm sure the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in the Venetian is still open, not that it's really a dinner place. (But you can get nominally single-serving baked goods the size of your head!)

Is this a Kosher establishment under supervision or just a place to get pre packaged cakes with a hechscher?

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf chain is like an LA-based Starbucks, except that the pastries, packaged sandwiches, etc., are all kosher.

There are 3 or 4 CBTL in the Venetian/Palazzo. Some of the locations had sandwiches at dinner time..

I just remembered.. Panini Cafe is open on Saturday nights. They had changing hours, so I would call to make sure they're open. It's about a 15 min drive from the strip- it's right across the street from Albertson's

if panini cafe is open....definitely go there! it was delicious. i wasnt there on a saturday night, but it was great dairy food, totally recommend it.

Ditto on Panini Cafe. I took a customer there sight unseen, praying it wouldn't be a horrible hole in the wall populated by drunk Israelis and rude Flatbush kids, and it wasn't.
Food was pretty good and not terribly expensive.

We loved it when we went- so much that we went 3 times. It was quiet when we went, but they were preparing lots of takeout orders. The waitress was so sweet, and recommended dishes and drinks. They also gave us some tips on what to buy in Albertson's.

Thanks for all the insights. Decided to test Coffee Bean since we didnt have enough time to make the trek to Panini (which we did go to for breakfast on friday and was delicious) on saturday night. Unfortunately all that was left was egg salad sandwhiches and a veggie bean burritto, not exactly what we were looking for, but we made do.
