thanks, my e-mail has been wonky. Looks like a good deal, ive fwded the info to a bunch of friends, we will no doubt do serious damage to our credit card balances saving money next week.

I think it was my fault: didn't address it properly.

                    Roy's *H kai*
                    Possible's: Stage, Nobu, Azure, etc
Just was at A/W's for Chef's Tasting also 3660 on the Rise for a Wine Dinner. Both very good. La Mer has been great but not mentioned on Restaurant Week.

Those would be my choices too, including 3660.

If I was there now, I'd try the Island Cassoulet at Hanks:

Thanks Deb. The Island Cassoulet special did catch my eye.

I had the Island Cassoulet today. Don't know what made it "island" but it was delicious nevertheless, especially the duck skin. It's quite a bargain: $10 for about 1 1/2 cups, several large slices of sausage on top, 1 and 1/2 scoops white rice and a soft drink.

What I did was take two orders home for dinner, so we could have wine and salad with it.

I thought two scoops of rice made anything "island"!

Thanks for the report. I love Hank's and would have loved to have tried this.
