Can post not completed be found if accidentally lost
I minimized a post I was making. Before I had a chance to finish it and post, it was gone. Is there any way I can find it and bring it back up to finish? Thanks.

If you closed the window in which you were composing the post and didn't save it somewhere else (like Notepad, for example), I can't think how it would be possible to get it back, unfortunately, since it was not ever saved into the Chowhound database.
Maybe the CH tech folks can chime in, but I can't think of how it would be possible. :-(

Until the post is submitted, it doesn't exist on our system. We've all had that happen and we know how frustrating it is! Some posters have suggested composing long posts in a word processor or mail program, which also has the benefit of access to a spell check function.
