D'Artagnan produces a pretty good sausage of this sort: http://www.dartagnan.com/51179/565794/Sausages--Hot-Dogs/French-Garlic-Sausage.html A fair number of places in CT handle their products, and while I have only seen this in the stores a couple of times (I did buy it one year to put in my cassoulet, where it was just as it should be), you can always ask them to order it for you or order it yourself online. My local outlet is Star Fish Market in Guilford (Bishops also has some D'Artagnan products), but there are many others.
