Best Burger in Portland

Where can I find it? I've only tried the one at Becky's diner, which was fine. And the one at Silly's, which was just ok. I heard that Caiola's was supposed to be good but have yet to try it.

  1. Caiola's will cost you $13 but you won't be disappointed. The Back Bay Grill may get a little more, but doesn't always have it on the menu.

    1. I've had great burgers at Ruski's and The Great Lost Bear. The bear fries at GLB are great too! Since Rosie used to own Ruski's I'm guessing they have a great burger at Rosie's too.

      1. We absolutely loved the burgers we had at Wild Willy's (south portland):

        1. Is Ruby's Choice still around? I used to love their burgers. They used to always win the best burger in Portland in the Casco Bay Weekly.

My vote goes to Vivian's Drive-In on Forest Ave. No frills, very limited menu, very good burgers.

Last time I stopped at Vivian's I thought the burger was as thick as a oreo cookie. That's not my definition of a great burger.

I believe that Vivian's is closed. Try Harmon's Lunch if you are looking that kind of burger.
