We're staying at the Bowery and I was given Raoul's as a good spot to celebrate her birthday and drinks at the cub room. I didn't see alot of info on the board for Raoul's but my indications is this is a good recommendation. Any feedback on it or options in the area are greatly appreciated! Dinner for two ran me $180 with tax and tip but that included drinks during dinner. It's a pleasant room, a touch romantic. Perfect for a birthday celebration. You're in luck! The Cub Room is closed! It was a charmless place and I would have warned you off had they still been around. The bar at Raoul's is pleasant enough so you may want to have your drinks there. You may want to have a backup plan for drinks, but definitely call ahead to Raoul's... it's been there forever and there's a reason why!
