Sabroso, 22 Garden Street, Rhinebeck ,NY

A friend took me to Sabroso for dinner on Sunday evening. It was a touch of Manhattan dining in the quaint town of Rhinebeck. The decor was calming and relaxing. The menu is Spanish (as in Spain) with an extensive Tapas menu and entrees that can please all. I had the Seafood Paella, my friends had the skirt steak and scallops over risotto. We were all pleased with our selections. We had the Chef's selection Tapas tray for an appetizer which included calamari, cerviche, shrimp and croquettes.
Everthing was prepared with fresh ingredients, very light and tasty. No heavy sauces or spices.
Would highly reccommend Sabroso to everyone.
