ISO Freshly Baked Gluten Free Pies and Cakes

Aside from Baby Cakes are there any other bakeries that have delicious, fresh gluten free baked goods in Manhattan? Preferably above 14th street.

      1. Thanks. I'll look for Zully's next time I'm at Zabars. I think I bought gluten free brownies from Whole Foods that weren't bad, I'll see what else they have.

        1. Frozen, not fresh: look for Against the Grain baguettes and bagels in the freezer at Whole Foods. (I've seen these at the 23rd Street store but not at Union Square.) I also like the Kinnikinnick white bread that I get from the freezer at Fairway in Red Hook. I don't know if they carry it at their other locations.

Fresh, not frozen, from a truck: Everybody Eats (www.everybodyeats-inc.com) makes cupcakes that are sold from the Cupcake Stop truck one day a week (www.cupcakestop.com and www.twitter.com/cupcakestop).

Fresh, not frozen, from Brooklyn or in the mail: Everybody Eats also makes cakes, pies, pasta/ravioli, bread, etc. The bakery is located in Brooklyn, but they do mail delivery.

Thanks I had no idea the cupcake stop truck had gluten free cupcakes. I'll have to remember that.

          2. Also, Friedman's Lunch in Chelsea Market makes sandwiches on great gluten-free bread, and has gluten-free bagels on weekends. I'm not sure who their supplier is, but it may be worth asking.
