Red line seafood for the bluefish-obsessed?
My brother is visiting Boston from Australia and I am trying hard to get him to go somewhere other than Legal Seafood for a change. He is obsessed with bluefish, and he won't stray far from the red line. i've been told that bluefish season is over, so the super-fresh places aren't offering it. The bluefish on the Legal menu must be frozen.
Any suggestions? Substitutions for bluefish so great he won't complain? Thank you -
