I have some frozen pork left over from a roast I recently prepared. What's a good way to reheat it so that it doesn't dry out too much?
Let it thaw and then steam it.
Let it thaw naturally...Wrap in foil... Then In a 300* Oven for several minutes..If no natural juice/broth/gravy remains...add a wee bit of water, apple juice, etc,.in the foil.
