        <content>With hybridized menus, lines get blurred.  So how would any Hounds define the type of cuisine at:

Dragon Mark in San Gabriel.  I've seen references to "Northern and Eastern" and "Shanghai".

NYC Seafood Restaurant in Monterey Park.  Has traits of Cantonese, and yet...

I have my ideas, but am curious if there is any real consensus.  Discussion is welcome.</content>
