I saw this new restaurant downtown and I know they have another location in Laval and one in Kirkland. Has anyone tried it and how was it?

  1. i've been there twice.
the first time was for lunch, got a chicken wrap and two salads, couscous and tomato salada. even with my 10% student discount, i thought the price was a bit steep for what it was. the flavor and the food itself was average, could've made it at home and taste better. they have an assortment of cheesecakes and cheesecake cup cakes. each cup cake i think is around $3, but i think they have a deal where you can get 6 for $16? each slice of cheesecake runs at least $7 per slice. Never tried any of the cheesecakes, but have tried a cookie, and a brownie. Cookie wasn't too bad and the brownie was pretty good, but once again, overpriced. I only go there when i'm itching for something to eat but want to avoid the more crowded (albeit much better) student-filled cafe's.

    1. Girlfriend brought a piece of cake home once. It was okay. The texture was a bit too gelatin like and not cheesy enough. That's not the end of the world, but at almost $9 a pop after tax, it's a total rip-off.

      1. I go to the one downtown pretty often.its a nice study spot. the cheesecakes are very good, service is fast and friendly. they need more AC outlets to plug in chargers and have to stop serving food with Styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery . 2.99 a cheesecake cupcake. 4.99 a slice of cake. 12 cupcakes for 29.99 tax incl. prices are not bad.. sandwich combo 8.95$. they close at 10p mon-sat.. try it!

needing a carbo boost went to broadway cheesecake downtown, as nearby and couldnt resist the attractive cupcakes in window with cheesecake base and a huge variety of toppings 20 choices ranging from dulce de leche, baklava, citron, kitkat, strawberry shortcake, apple and caramel, tiramisu, $2.99 each or 6 for 18$, actually preferred this as cupcake than traditional one. My ferrero rocher one was delicious. They had coffee and muffin for 2.99, lattes on special and discount for university students. Upstairs area as well. Service was helpful and friendly. I would go again.
