Sophisticated Party Food

I am looking for recipes for sophisticated, deleicious and attractive hors d'oeuvre that are easy to manage while holding a drink.

      Kettle chips topped with smoked salmon, dollop of creme fraiche & snipped chive
      Crostini topped with a shallot-cherry confit and Manchego cheese
      Wasabi lime crab salad in cucumber cups
      Mini escargot en brioche
      Lollipop lamb chops topped with mint pesto
      Mini chicken pot pies
      Crab Wellington bites in puff pastry
      Stilton Cranberry puffs
      Mushroom & sun-dried tomato pockets
