taiwanese style veggie dumplings
and by that I mean the kind you can eat at Din Tai Fung or Kao Chi in Taipei...
thin skin, finely chopped and delicious filling, and most importantly, served with julienned ginger and vinegar. does anyone know of a place, preferably in manhattan, that sells dumplings like the ones described above? All the veggie dumplings I've tried in NY are excessively thick-skinned with gloppy filling. Thanks!
