Going to going by the Corralitos Market with a chance to pick up something for a picnic lunch right afterwards and maybe to take home for later pleasures -- any suggestions?

Any particular sandwiche/s (warm or cold) and which sausages and or/smoked items are your favorites?

Merci in advance.

(Saw an older post that their smokehouse burned down a year ago, assume that has been repaired.)

I LOOOOVE the Corralitos market! I would definitely stock up on the cheesy bavarian sausages and the smoked turkey. Those two items are so ridiculously delicious that it's hard to try anything else. I often use the smoked turkey in lieu of smoked salmon for a smoked turkey spaghetti with cream sauce. Heavenly.
