Downstairs at Kingston Station is probably the best, though there are tons of places in Boston with three yards of super-premium vodkas behind their bars.

Good Life and upstairs at Umbria Prime both have huge vodka bars. At least 100 at Umbria Prime, close to it at GL.

Sorry, right block, wrong restaurant: Good Life was what I was thinking of. Kingston Station doesn't even have a downstairs!
