In November? It's waaaay out of season. Here's a thread from last year -- maybe the lead on hothouse rhubarb will pan out.

Yeah, Happy Quail definitely had it just a few weeks ago, so it's probably not that far out of season. Though I think it's over now, but you could check. For frozen, I'd check places like Whole Foods.
