we're going today, i'm debating between ming and moghul, heard good things about both... any other recommendations?

I think you should post this on the Tri-State board. But I will say that I like Chowpatty for quick chaat-type food and Swagath for a good veg South indian thali.

You mean the mid atlantic board....this is the Tristate board. But anyway, It depends if you want Indian or Indian Chinese fusion. I have only been to the Moghul in Morristown (and both mings). It's a tough choice but I would go for Mings.
I had this duck in a sauce that was really really spicy and we shared appetizers of some sort of mongolian cauliflauer which was sooooo GOOD. Others with me got lamb and spicy shrimp. They reallly do not wuss out on the spice there. I wish I lived closer because I thought it was some of the best food I have ever eaten. The only minor quibble was paying extra for the rice. When we went a few years ago, they had a lunch special which was very reasonably priced. I think that normally it tends to get rather pricey.
