I don't know, but the best clue is probably the word "Licioyis" on the window. Could that be related to "Licios," a region in Turkey?

Probably on Nantucket Island, because that's obviously a (small part of a) Big Sandwich from the 1990's television series, "Wings," as in the following dialogue from http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0098948/quotes :

Casey (Amy Yasbeck): We're not having a big sandwich!
Brian (Steven Weber): [slightly annoyed] This is Nanucket, it's not San Francisco. We are a simple people. We fish our waters, we till our lands, we eat a big sandwich.

I was kidding, Ric, making fun of myself for: (1) watching a silly (but enjoyable) show like "Wings" -- just last night, as a matter of fact; and (2) spending time on this ridiculous thread when I'm supposed to be working on a research proposal! Tick, tick, tick, ...

As to the party of the first part: the OP should realize that no one here is going to put more than a couple of hours into rummaging through Google images for a first-time poster, unless he or she gives us more information justifying the effort. E.g., "Mom found this picture on the www and thought it was soooo koo!" 8D0x
