I saw this on the Williams- Sonoma site and would appreciate if anyone has used this for risotto ,and if so, comment on the quality of the product and effectiveness for cooking risotto.Many thanks.
I realize that it's been years sence you've posted this question, but I'm wondering if you ever got the answere to it? I've seen alot of " it's beautiful but I've been affraid to use it" and nothing on how the stainless works.
