  If you like slow food, organic and support local farms, here's an event for you...

  Take a trip to the Eastern Shore and attend Greenbranch Farms Autumn Wine Dinner and Farm Tour in Salisbury, Maryland.  Spend the day with good food and make new friends on your way to the beach. 

  Learn about Grass fed, pasture raised animals - Heritage breed Belted Galloway Cows, Acorn finished Pigs,( like the famous Iberian pigs of Spain), Chickens, and Turkeys, oh my!  No CAFO's here, just grass, sunshine and freedom.  Also tour the organic Vegetable fields and then end your day with an Autumn inspired Farm Dinner right there in the farm!

                                         Confit of pork belly &amp; Herbed roast pork shoulder.

        Accompaniments ~    Glazed sweet potato and acorn squash,
                                         Sauteed Asian Greens  with raisins and pinenuts.

                    Desserts ~     Red wine and spice poached pears with
                                                  homemade vanilla ice cream.

                                         Chocolate meltdown cake with caramel sauce.
