In the style of Warthog queries---What are the preferred CH bagel sources (among places that are actually open)? I think the Black Russian varietal (pumpernickel, sesame seeds outside, cooked onions inside) at Goldberg's/Pikesville is the best in Baltimore or DC but worry there are others unfound. Haven't been to Greg's lately. My dad thinks Wegman's HV is right up there, but I think getting them still warm from the oven and eaten on site is best. Places baking off pre-mades like Panera and Einstein aren't onscreen, and metro DC bagelries (and delis) seem just wannabees.

When will it be open then? Still, Goldbergs has my #1 Vote. Their White Chinese bagels are out of this world as the OP mentioned. Wegmans are not bad either, like said hot and fresh...
