Office holiday party suggestions? Downtown/ Little Italy/ Chinatown/ Tribeca

Anyone have any suggestions for a weeknight (Tuesday or Wednesday possibly) office holiday party for approximately 60 people? We are looking for dinner (buffet is fine) and open bar, hoping for 3-4 hours, with a limit of $50/60 per person. Private room would be great.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!!

I did Eight Mile Creek in Nolita the year before last and it was VERY nice and VERY affordable. They gave us the entire bar downstairs. The owner is cool and willing to work with people on requests. Check it out :)

Try Congee Village or Congee Bowery. Great dood, reasonably prcied, and Karaoke rooms to boot.

Thanks for all of the replies. We ended up doing it at M1-5 http://www.m1-5.com/ on Walker between Broadway and Church. They offered a great price, good food, and open bar on the date and times we needed. It was a rather casual environment, and everyone seemed happy.
